Dr. Howard Lutz, who is director of the Institute of Preventive Medicine in Washington, D.C., has said this about barley grass: "(Barley grass is) one of the most incredible products of this decade. It improves stamina, sexual energy, clarity of thought, and reduces addiction to things that are bad for you. It also improves the texture of the skin, and heals the dryness associated with aging. It is extremely detoxifying and makes some people nauseous every time they drink it. These people may find that they can tolerate barley grass juice. Personally I started by drinking only a 1/4 of a teaspoon in apple juice.  Now I drink a full tablespoon in water.   I find that when I have not had my power drink in the morning, my energy level is lower.

Full of Nutrients, what more is there to say.  Full of Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, Iron, Fiber, Calcium, Vitamin K, Vitamin B12,  Superoxide dismuatse (SOD), and Chlorophyll.
Barley Grass is commonly called a super food.
It has one of the highest natural levels of enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase), which is a powerful antioxidant that protects the cells against toxic free radicals.
